Welcome to AwanaGames & Sparks-a-Rama

We are looking forward to an exciting day for Sparks-a-Rama and T&T AwanaGames. Please remember these key things in order for our day to bring glory to Jesus Christ.
Invite Family and Friends
Remember to invite, encourage, and bring family and friends. Every leader should call the parents of each of their clubbers, even those not on the team. Many parents are encouraged for next year’s event being impressed at this year’s AwanaGames. Please don’t settle for just getting there with a team.
A registration form accompanied by a registration fee and personnel sheet is required. Until the registration fee is paid, a team cannot be officially registered. Teams are accepted on a “first-come, first-paid” basis. Registration fees are non-refundable. Team colors will be assigned after the registration due date.
Teams and staff should arrive 1 hour prior to their scheduled start time! A table will be set up for the coaches to report to when they arrive. Roster sheets will be checked along with the permission slips. The check-in table will be open the entire day up to the time of the start of the last competition. At the beginning of the day, priority will be given to Sparks team check-in. T&T teams may start their check-in as soon as the Sparks registration is finished.
Sparks - 9:00 AM (begins at 10:00 AM)
T&T - 10:00 AM (begins right after Sparks, approx. 11:15 AM – 11:30 AM)
A permission slip with emergency medical authorization is mandatory for all players. Please have these arranged in the order that the names are listed on the roster sheet when checking in your teams. The Parental Consent and Release of Liability form must be filled out and turned in for each clubber participating. It does not need to be notarized.

Qualifications of Clubbers
All team members must have passed 10 sections this current club season.
All Sparkie clubbers in 2nd grade or lower, who did not reach their 9th birthday by September 1st prior to the meet, may participate.
All T&T clubbers in 3rd and 4th grade who have not reached their 11th birthday by September 1st prior to the meet may participate.
All T&T clubbers in 5th & 6th grade who did not reach their 13th birthday by September 1st prior to the meet may participate.
Team members will be qualified based on the current grade they are in. Current grade takes priority and age will be considered secondary.
Check the appearance of your team before you leave. Dress standards that are modest are encouraged. Shorts should be finger-tip length or longer. Please email us with any questions.
Have Extra Players or Need Players?
Notify the coordinator and he/she will advise you about bringing any of your extra clubbers. Please report to the check-in desk if you are short clubbers or have extra clubbers on the day of competition. Some churches in each club area may be a little short and would fill a team with another club’s extras. Make sure they wear sneakers and have a signed permission slip.
